Let’s take a couple minutes to talk about our future. We, as humans, should actively care about the future of the world we inhabit. But most of us don’t do anything to help sustain our environment. Sustainability is a topic that has come up a lot in recent years, and is something that restaurateurs can even participate in. Recycling, composting, conserving energy, and buying locally sourced ingredients are all simple ways to be sustainable in the food industry. Building a sustainable restaurant helps to build a sustainable future for the future generations.
